The amazing show itself was a disappointment. We attended on "kids day" without any prior information. We were rudely spoken to by staff and never given a hat. The lead security informed my son they had run out of hats, to which my son suggested asking Santa, only to be told Santa had also run out. My son started to cry, so I went to my seat to watch the show. Despite being told there were no hats left, staff at the concession stands confirmed there were. I tried to create some magic by obtaining a hat, even if I had to pay for it, but was unsuccessful. I was then informed there was facepainting downstairs, but when I went after the show, I discovered it was actually before the show. This caused my son to cry again. It was a letdown that they couldn't deliver on their promises to the kids. The mishandling of the situation left me very upset and dampened my overall experience.
